The Nostrum 250 psi pressure sensor is suitable for use with water, coolant, oil, gasoline, ethanol, methanol and most other automotive fluids. Example uses include fuel pressure measurement, water pressure in water injection systems, coolant pressure and transmission fluid pressure measurements. It should not be used in pure oxygen environments.
Note due to the measurement range of this sensor it is not designed to be used to measure GDI rail pressure but it is well suited to measuring the low side (lift pump) pressure of GDI systems.
